Why does my daughter have to complete a MOJO questionnaire?

It’s important that we know a little bit about our potential client to have a more efficient first meeting. We also hope to proactively notice if a player is not so sure about playing lacrosse in college. Pinpointing a players true aspirations can save both parties a lot of time and money.

what is your success rate?

We gauge success based on a player’s happiness, not her recruiting process outcome. Our mission is for our clients to feel in control of their own futures.

is there a guarantee my daughter will get recruited?

There are no guarantees. If a player is self-motivated and proactive then the likelihood of her getting recruited is greater.

should my daughter do the aritae self leadership program?

In our experience, the Aritae program on enhances a player’s self-confidence and focus more. Confidence and focus are key attributes when getting recruited because there are many ups and downs.

When should a player begin thinking about playing in college?

Thinking about playing in college and starting the recruiting process are two very different things. If a 2nd grader has a dream to play D1 lacrosse at USC, by all means FOSTER THAT DREAM! As far as starting the process, MOJO has options for freshmen in high school, but we honestly think that it’s beneficial to start the fall of sophomore year.

As a club, how much can we customize our plan?

As much or as little as you would like. Each a la carte item has a cost breakdown of what each item is worth. For example, if you want Player Development, but just want the at practice feedback, no follow up, then that will bring the cost down.
