The Aritae Self-Leadership Program (ASLP)

Aritae Self Leadership Academy (ASLA) is a program designed to help you find clarity, focus, and power needed to reach your goals. With the help of your Aritae Self-Leadership Coach (ASLC), you will create the framework for your future. This is an exciting time and a big commitment, so get ready to dig deep and play hard.

Your certified coach will guide you through Modules 1-5 of the ASLP. These modules are steps to ultimately formulate a player’s “Personal Plan” to achieving her goals.

A coach’s responsibility is to:

• Encourage player self discovery

• Discover, clarify, and align goals with what the player wants to achieve

• Elicit player-generated actions, solutions, and plans

• Hold the player responsible and accountable

• Speak the truth to the player

This 5-Step Proprietary Self-Leadership Coaching Program consists of 8-10 “practices” typically 45-50 minutes in length. Duration and frequency of meetings is dependent on the players’ schedules. Meetings are held in person or over ZOOM.
